The operator of a prostitution club was arrested Tuesday for violation of prostitution laws after he was found to be operating a website that acted as a go-between between women and their customers, police said. According to police, Yoshihiro Morioka, 45, the owner of Osaka club Genesis, and employee Seiji Muramoto, 36, allegedly operated a website that boasted male members from Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and other cities, and hooked them up with the 84 female members for sexual encounters at parties that were held nearly times around the country between May and June They are said to have made 87 million yen from the venture.
The pair were finally caught after they set up an encounter between a year-old female member and three male members on May 14 of this year. These museums in Tokyo are now open until 9 pm every Friday! I know this goes on but I saw a clip and it is sick. Nothing like American and Euro porn I wasn't surprised when they busted the orgy bus guys in Shinjuku last year.
From what I read this was not a simple escort service or moonlighting soapland girls but a full on swinger and orgy operation for these guys and gals they look like AV gals and your typical wimpy salaryman. This is a lot of time, sex, pimp money and cities. The two loser pimps What makes you so sure?
I can guarantee a large percentage of the prostitutes are not consenting nor are they adults. In a country with so much prostitution, how can they decide who to arrest? Perhaps these guys failed to pay off the right people. The fact is that delivery health is legal so long as it does not openly offer sexual service. But in fact, those services do include sexual service. The tiny difference seems to be in how it is offered.
If it is sold as a service by the company it is illegal. If it is "offered" by the girl at the time of service, it seems to fall into a grey area that the government is ok to ignore. Since everyone knows this industry exists and is wide spread, why not make it legal? Then you can regulate it, protect the workers, assure health standards and tax the hell out of it for the betterment of society.
