Nearly two decades after an year-old Long Island girl was found molested and drowned in a creek near her home, a former family pal went on trial for her murder yesterday. Manuel Pacheco, 35, killed Angela Wong in a Massapequa wood when he was 15 because she refused to have sex with him, prosecutors told jurors in opening arguments in a Mineola courtroom. A break came when the detective tracked down a witness who said she saw Pacheco take Angela into the woods on the July day that she was killed but never told cops.
